We understand that life gets busy and plans can change unexpectedly—but in order to provide the best care and maintain a smooth schedule for all our pups, we kindly ask for at least 3 days’ notice for any cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice—including same-day cancellations—will be charged the full cost of the reserved day. This helps us ensure fairness for all families and allows us to offer the spot to another pup in need of care.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we’re always happy to work with you whenever possible if unexpected situations arise.
